This position is located in Bogotá in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD).

What You Will Do
You will be co-responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the trade marketing strategy, understanding and translating the needs of different brands into impactful strategies and activities in different channels and points of sale, ensuring the fulfillment of the fundamentals, the correct visibility, rotation, and positioning of the brands in the points of sale. Develop and implement trade plans aligned with the commercial and brand strategy, manage execution in point of sale, displays, POP material, planograms, and activations. Identify growth opportunities by channel/region/customer.
Required Qualifications
Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or mass consumption drugstore channel.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Colombia (chains, distributors, channel dynamics).
Experience in point of sale execution.
High analytical capacity and management of commercial indicators.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the care of people (OTC, Rx, related mass consumption).
Handling of analysis tools (Power BI, IQVIA, Nielsen, or others).
Experience in managing trade marketing budgets.
