Your role will be:

Responsible for leading the integrated brand strategy, field execution, and commercial and marketing initiatives, ensuring the achievement of business results, brand strengthening, and value generation for patients, customers, and stakeholders. This is a position that combines Marketing with Demand Management team leadership.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the construction, adaptation, and implementation of the brand's strategic and tactical plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market realities.
  • Translating strategic priorities into clear action plans for field, marketing, and other involved teams.
  • Conducting market, competition, trends, stakeholder behavior, and growth opportunity analyses, identifying business risks and opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, market share, demand, productivity, and execution performance, proposing corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Developing, tracking, and reviewing the forecast, budget, and ROI of initiatives under your responsibility, ensuring efficiency in resource allocation.
  • Leading the launch of a new product in lung cancer, including strategic preparation, cross-functional integration, and field execution support.
  • Ensuring the coordinated execution of initiatives with multifunctional areas, including Sales Force (under your management), Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Training, Finance, and other internal partners.
  • Leading and developing a team of three field positions through coaching, feedback, performance tracking, and individual development plan construction.
  • Representing the brand in strategic meetings, medical congresses, events, and forums with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, ethics standards, compliance, and applicable regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Being available for frequent national travel, as needed for business.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites:

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Economics, Advertising, Biomedicine, or related fields.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Post-graduate degree and/or MBA will be considered a plus.
  • Consolidated experience in marketing, product, sales, or team leadership in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and commercial plans.
  • Experience with product launch and/or lifecycle management will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in people leadership and working in multifunctional environments will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, demand, field, or access will be considered a plus.
  • Desirable experience with the oncology market, including solid tumors, onco-hematology, or high-cost and complexity markets.
  • Plus experience and knowledge of the lung market.
  • Strategic and tactical planning.
  • Budget, forecast, and ROI management.
  • Digital marketing and omnichannel strategies.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of the private healthcare system.
  • Sales techniques and demand generation.
  • Ethics, compliance, and pharmaceutical industry regulation standards.
  • Office suite.

Where We Work

Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
