The Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of the marketing strategies and tactics related to HCP promotion and Standard of Care at the International Areas, and Country-Affiliate level for Rinvoq and Skyrizi. The Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple commercial operation departments, areas & affiliates to ensure success in product support and sales execution. Internally, the MM will foster positive working relationships with the medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams. Externally, the MM works with various agencies, consultants and physicians to successfully drive the business and the Standard of Care projects. The MM does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to lead cross functionally and build a collaborative and integrated commercial team and the Spondylarthritis International Brand Team.

Pay Range: $106500 - 202500 USD
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
