The role involves developing and optimizing effective operational solutions, establishing a product hospital operation system, conducting national market analysis, and setting benchmarks and leading strategic projects. Internal team support and training are also part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications include a university degree in business, marketing, or healthcare related majors, experience in strategy consulting or product/project management, proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
