Job Summary
Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead on a timely basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts and territories.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in a timely manner.
- Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
- Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
- Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
- Organize product workshops, training sessions and deliver scientific product knowledge to customers.
- Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
- Ensure all activities comply with AbbVie's policies and compliance guidelines.
- Fully cooperate with other team members (marketing, AMI, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
- Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or a medical-related field; advanced qualifications in marketing, pharmacy, or a related area are highly desirable.
- Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally within the aesthetic market.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation expertise.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging a diverse customer base.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Committed to integrity and compliance in all activities.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
