Execute sales of the company's products in the territory to increase them.
Maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory and ensure the company's products are meeting their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
Carry out seminars and workshops and assist to arrange or hold symposium and congress for doctors.
Learn a certain level of product knowledge and sales skills provided from the company to maximize one's sales efficiency in terms of company strategy.
Execute promotional activities and sales aids.
Represent Allergan in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
A basic degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Life Science
Having experience in selling medical products at least 3 years
Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and service-minded
Pleasant personality and good negotiation skill
Able to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.
Good command of English is preferred.
Able to travel Upcountry when required.
