The Role

We're looking for a passionate and empathetic leader to join us as an Strategy & Growth Manager. You will report to the General Manager of Massachusetts. This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Boston, MA. In this role you will be responsible for driving state-wide growth and sales strategies and leading multidisciplinary teams that facilitate partnership development, patient acquisition, intake operations and documentation management.

The Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, and growth or sales roles.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives while maintaining excellent day-to-day execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with team members and external partners.
  • Deep empathy and emotional intelligence, with genuine passion for helping underserved communities.
  • Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Boston Area, where the position is based and be willing to travel within the state regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership. Lead high-performing U.S. and international teams across care operations. Hire, train, and foster a culture of urgency, compassion, and accountability.
  • Partnership & Referral Development. Support Business Development Associates in building strategic partnerships and driving referral growth across key regions.
  • Intake Process Optimization. Streamline intake workflows for efficient lead handling, accurate data collection, and fast program enrollment.
  • Document Collection Management. Oversee documentation review teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless family experience.
  • Data-Driven Growth Strategy. Use analytics to refine strategies, improve processes, and scale results across operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with the General Manager and team leads to align growth efforts with state-specific priorities and execute seamlessly.
  • Operational Excellence Leadership. Build scalable systems and ensure execution standards that drive quality, efficiency, and growth readiness.
