Lead Product Marketing

Job Description

  • Development of go-to-market strategies for enterprise and B2B target groups
  • Development of clear and compelling messages, positioning, and product narratives that differentiate products and features – based on customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competition
  • Creation of sales enablement materials, case studies, playbooks, and pitch decks to support market launch and adoption
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing market programs through close coordination with product, marketing, sales, and support – including defining target segments, key messages, and distribution plans
  • Building business cases for marketing initiatives, defining KPIs, setting target values, and collaborating with finance and data teams to analyze metrics like LTV and CAC and regularly evaluate success (weekly, quarterly, annually)
  • Supporting annual marketing planning, tracking progress against goals, and developing measures to close gaps and scale growth
  • Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer data to continuously optimize go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product management, ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise customers and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Proven experience in developing messaging, positioning, and enablement materials
  • Ability to translate technical product features into business benefits
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality in fast-paced, high-growth environments
