Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: Workday Studio. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. The role includes analyzing existing processes and contributing to the creation of application designs that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Application Designer engages in discussions to refine requirements and ensure that the solutions developed effectively support business operations. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering applications that enhance efficiency and user experience within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
• Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
• Support the testing and validation of application designs to ensure they meet business needs.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations within enterprise application environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application design and implementation.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and best practices in software design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
