Application Designer

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: Kronos. Good to have skills: NA Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: BE.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and creating application designs that align with business objectives. You will engage in discussions to refine requirements and ensure that the applications developed are user-friendly and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must to have skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to create detailed design documentation and specifications.
  • Familiarity with user interface design and usability testing.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Kronos. This position is based at our Pune office. A BE is required.
