The Senior Manager is part of our Americas CRM Resources Marketing + Communications team. The role is designed to lead marketing strategies for Accenture's client accounts in the Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy and Utilities sectors and will help drive client relationships, reputation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build client relationship marketing as a world-class business-to-business, client-centric organization, and Accenture's own best credential for marketing transformation
  • Design, execute and lead an integrated marketing strategy for Accenture's priority clients
  • Lead the craft of client relationship marketing with up to three highly complex client accounts by:
    • Building account-specific marketing plans to expand relationships, drive revenue and enhance reputation.
    • Researching key buyers and developing robust, personalized client relationship engagement plans with curated content, messaging and experiences that clients truly value.
    • Delivering account-originated programs including strategic positioning, value reporting, messaging sessions, and more to enhance and deepen our overall client account relationship.
    • Collaborating with account teams to identify, originate, and win opportunities.
    • Using Accenture's MMS, SynOps and other leading marketing technologies to help us know and prioritize our work.
    • Measuring our marketing strategies against agreed-upon metrics and using data and analytics for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, in Marketing and Communications or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B industry
  • Deep marketing knowledge and industry experience in the Resources Industries
  • Account-based marketing or pursuit marketing experience highly desirable
  • Full-funnel marketing experience and skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including events, social media, email and direct mail.
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Team player with great interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve differentiation for campaigns
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up
  • Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
  • Design skills are nice to have, but not essential
