The Work:

  1. Collaborate with client and account leadership to ensure alignment with Accenture's SW-related commercial goals and deal economics.
  2. Implement, integrate, and manage the four commercial pillars: Financial management, Contract management, Resource/project management, Commercial relationship management
  3. Drive adherence to Accenture's commercial processes to optimize profitability and delivery efficiency.
  4. Provide analytical insights to enhance commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor and manage risks associated with contracts, delivery, and financial outcomes.
  6. Evangelize SW business building best practices at every turn

Here鈥檚 What You Need:

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial capabilities with ability to provide analytical focus and develop innovative solutions to enhance commercial performance.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead, mentor, and develop high performing commercial team members pricing governance legal.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
  • Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
  • Minimum of 8 years of business experience in building supporting technology businesses is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience negotiating technology deals
  • English C1/C2 as your future team is native English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience.

Bonus Points If:

  • Industry knowledge with experience in the relevant client industry as a significant asset.
  • You have external client facing consulting experience
  • You have an MBA
