Accenture Research produces award-winning, data-driven thought leadership that shapes trends and informs C-suite decisions. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Editorial Designer & Visualizer to bring our insights to life through compelling visual storytelling. You will translate complex research and data into clear, engaging, and innovative visuals across reports, digital experiences, and social channels. Working with editors, researchers, and marketers, you will ensure our content is as visually distinctive as it is intellectually rigorous. Key responsibilities include:
Experience and skills: Expertise in visual storytelling, combining editorial design, typography, and data visualization. Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Storied, Flourish, or similar visualization platforms (e.g., Datawrapper, Tableau Public, Power BI). Skilled in curating and generating AI-driven visuals (e.g., Midjourney). Understanding of editorial workflows and ability to interpret complex research visually. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Sharp attention to detail and curiosity to explore new formats and ideas. Problem solver approach to work and entrepreneurial attitude. Strong professional qualities: client focus, decisiveness, integrity, resilience to stress against stretch goals and deadlines. Enthusiasm to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team.
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Data Visualization, Multimedia, or related field. Experience: 12+ years of experience in editorial design, visualization, or creative roles (agency, consultancy, media, or in-house).
