What You Will Do
Within the EUX practice, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design and implement innovative technological architectures that support the continuous improvement of the Digital Employee Experience.
- Design and implement desktop and application virtualization solutions in hybrid cloud contexts.
- Define and develop automations on Workplace and Mobile Device Management platforms, contributing to their optimization and evolution.
- Enhance Service Desk and Workplace services for end users, leveraging Workplace Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and data-driven models.
- Act as an advisor for large companies, supporting them in strategic choices on Workplace and Enterprise Service Management technologies.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals who have:
- 2 or more years of experience in consulting or on transformative projects in large corporate organizations.
- Experience in transformation programs for the introduction or evolution of solutions in: Service Management; Endpoint / Workplace Management; Enterprise Collaboration; Virtualization and remote work.
- Ability to take on or support a reference role on the project, collaborating in the management of times, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Specialist skills in one or more of the following technological areas: Endpoint & Device Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti, BigFix, Adaptiva, Virtual Desktop & App Virtualization (Hybrid Cloud): Citrix Cloud, Horizon Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop, Enterprise Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Digital Employee Experience: tools for monitoring and improving user experience (e.g., Nexthink); AI Solutions for Service Management and Workplace Services: tools and platforms for automation and improvement of IT and Workplace services (e.g., BMC Helix, Atlassian, Ivanti).
- Familiarity with automation in system environments on client operating systems (e.g., PowerShell scripting on Windows 11).
- Knowledge of major enterprise technologies: Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, KMS, Certification Authority.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
