Interaction Design Analyst
An Interaction Design Analyst supports deliveries such as: user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design driven solutions, and customer journeys, to effectively communicates expected behavior, user experience, and ideation. They should be able to support leadership in multiple projects. Is expected to contribute in the coordination and execution of design tasks.
Basic Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in User Experience and User Interaction.
- Fluently speak English.
- Problem solving skills and methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Agile, problem framing and solution, information gathering, among others.
- Background on Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Business Design, Service Design, Product Design, User Research or similar.
- Knowledge in wireframing and prototyping tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge in digital solutions, accessibility, digital design trends, and working with interdisciplinary teams such as development or implementation teams.
Skills
- Articulating, in written and verbal form: needs, expectations, challenges and solutions in an engaging matter, fostering trusting relationships with stakeholders and peers.
- Assuming responsibility for their own design work outputs throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Support usability studies, being moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely.
- Being able to support the creation of user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes, and other intermediate deliverables.
- Support project team across disciplines: research, content, and visual.
