What you'll do:

• Support the design of digital products and services from idea to delivery.
• Work alongside senior designers, strategists, product managers, and developers.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear UX flows, wireframes, and UI designs.
• Contribute to prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Design within existing design systems and learn how to scale design quality.

Team The Design & Digital Products team is part of Accenture Song. Our work spans the full product lifecycle: from envisioning future-fit strategies and building prototypes to launching products and scaling capabilities. D&DP consists of 3 sub-teams:

• Advisory: Focuses on what are the right products and services to meet our customers' needs and deliver breakthrough experiences. E.g. Growth Strategy, Product & Service Vision, Proposition Design, and Proof of Concept Creation.
• Creative: Excels in the design of new experiences and products and continuously refining these services. E.g. XP Design & Build, UI/UX Design, Product & Service Design
• Customer Tech: The customer tech team creates digital solutions from scratch by transforming digital strategies into final products. E.g. Product Management, Digital Factories, Product & Service Growth, Architecture.

The Role As a Junior Product Designer at Accenture Song, you'll be part of multidisciplinary teams working on real-world digital products for leading global brands. This role is designed to help you grow fast: you'll learn how strong design fundamentals translate into scalable, high-quality products in complex environments.

You won't be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you'll be coached by senior designers and product leaders, exposed to different phases of the product lifecycle, and supported in developing your craft, from problem framing and user flows to polished UI and design systems thinking.

We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and ready to build a strong foundation in product design while learning how design operates at scale within a global organization. This role is for designers early in their career who have strong fundamentals, a user-first mindset, and a real desire to grow.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Here's what you'll need:

• Solid understanding of UX & product design fundamentals.
• User-centered mindset and curiosity about real problems.
• Basic experience with research, wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.
• Confident working with Figma (auto-layout, components, styles).
• A portfolio with projects that shows how you think, not just how things look.
• Excellent English (and Dutch) written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to explain your thinking and learn from feedback.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with or learning from design systems.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Interest in digital products, technology, and AI-driven experiences.
• Other interests in life.
