Team The Design & Digital Products team is part of Accenture Song. We're an all-star team of growth strategists, creative designers, and product builders who thrive on turning bold ideas into impactful realities. We think, we plot, and we create products and experiences that help our clients solve problems and unlock new values. Our work spans the full product lifecycle: from envisioning future-fit strategies and building prototypes to launching products and scaling capabilities. Whether it's crafting digital products that people love or improving business performance through technology, data and AI, we are passionate about building experiences and bridging the gap between brand promise and expectations.
D&DP consists of 3 sub-teams:
The Role As a Junior Product Designer at Accenture Song, you'll be part of multidisciplinary teams working on real-world digital products for leading global brands. This role is designed to help you grow fast: you'll learn how strong design fundamentals translate into scalable, high-quality products in complex environments.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you'll be coached by senior designers and product leaders, exposed to different phases of the product lifecycle, and supported in developing your craft, from problem framing and user flows to polished UI and design systems thinking.
We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and ready to build a strong foundation in product design while learning how design operates at scale within a global organization. This role is for designers early in their career who have strong fundamentals, a user-first mindset, and a real desire to grow.
