Manage communication with client and other stakeholders through the duration of dev. life cycle. Provide coaching to team members on process, quality metrics and individual development areas. Report status, identify potential risks and recommendations for mitigation. Provide regular feedback on team performance, suggest action items.
Conduct audience and needs analyses to confirm appropriateness of learning objectives (as required). Present course/curriculum designs to stakeholders and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs and finalize. Facilitate content gathering from SMEs to create course designs. Identify learning objectives based on business drivers and performance goals; map course content to appropriate learning objectives. Create mockups/prototypes to support design, ideation (as needed). Create detailed workplan based on budget and resource plan. Set expectations with the team regarding budget and course schedule. Manage development of course content and facilitate media requirements according to project workplan and schedule. Review training deliverables for: completeness, structure, instructional approach, and visualization writing style, compliance to standards, language and grammar functionality and usability (eLearning builds) Manage work effort of team members to maintain scope. Coordinate project activities between all disciplines including media, technology, project management, client onsite or business interlock and delivery teams.
