What would you do? Role Description - Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development process You will be responsible for Instructor led training which is the practice of training either individuals or groups and designing learning material. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.

Your mission is to improve workforce performance and boost business agility by designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning solutions. This role blends the technical expertise of Instructional Design with the interpersonal finesse of Facilitation, ensuring our global teams reach their full potential through world-class training programs.
What are we looking for? Skill set –
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a focus on editorial quality and grammar.
- Soft Skills: Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve increasingly complex problems with minimal supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Key Roles & Responsibilities Content Development & Instructional Design
- End-to-End Production: Perform training solution production for various development projects, including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
- Subject Matter Mastery: Conduct independent research and interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop a deep understanding of complex business processes.
- Storyboarding: Design detailed course outlines and storyboards for learning assets, ensuring adherence to project-specific standards.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Client Interlock: Lead walkthroughs of content outlines and builds with client stakeholders to gather feedback and resolve conflicting requirements.
- SME Engagement: Prepare interview questionnaires and partner with SMEs to extract critical process knowledge.
- Quality & Compliance
- Peer Reviews: Conduct rigorous peer reviews for compliance, functionality, and instructional consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to "Lessons Learned" repositories and best practices to streamline the development lifecycle.
- Self-Audit: Review deliverables for completeness and functionality prior to supervisor review, aiming for minimal feedback/change requirements.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Onboarding: Support supervisors in mentoring and onboarding new team members.
- Supervision: Act as an individual contributor while occasionally overseeing small work efforts or teams.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily status updates to Instructional Design Leads and manage project timelines effectively
