Drive and develop product vision, strategy and roadmap. Works with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships and provide technology solutions. Work with engineering teams to deliver the product with quick time-to-market. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Product Management Lead, a typical day involves shaping and advancing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaborative partnerships. The position also includes coordinating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet market demands, while continuously adapting plans to respond to evolving business needs and technological advancements. The role demands a dynamic approach to managing priorities and driving product success in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product goals with business objectives.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Experience in coordinating with engineering teams to facilitate product delivery.
• Ability to develop and communicate clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.

Functions: Product ownership, technical maintenance oversight, integration support, requirements elicitation, backlog ownership, stakeholder management, communication/negotiation, and delivery coordination using Jira, MS Project, and Confluence. Supported Apps - Dynamics CRM backlog, Marketo, and associated integration/automation components. BA/Implementation manager - requirements gathering for CRM/marketo - application support, Service management, vendor management.

This position is based at our Pune office.
