Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Lead to drive end-to-end functional delivery across Finance and Supply Chain tracks within a large-scale ERP transformation program. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management Fusion Cloud, leading multiple workstreams, translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across Finance and SCM modules. You will manage global teams, foster stakeholder collaboration, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end functional delivery across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP workstreams, covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management) modules
• Drive requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
• Own solution design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Financials and SCM modules
• Ensure seamless integration across cross-functional modules including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Financials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore functional teams and ensure alignment with onshore stakeholders
• Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, and production support across multiple workstreams
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, and reporting activities
• Ensure adherence to global design standards, financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and user adoption initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop functional team members to ensure high performance and delivery quality
• Provide program governance, risk management, and status reporting to leadership

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Fusion Cloud and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Fusion Cloud
• End-to-end understanding of ERP Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Exposure to Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management processes
• Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations or transformations
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM implementation certification preferred
• Experience with multi-country ERP rollouts and cross-module integrations
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to build, optimize, and enhance business
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)
• Familiarity with ERP governance, risk management, and program management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs
• 15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:

• Role Location: Hyderabad, India
• Experience in multi-country ERP implementations is highly preferred
• Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
