Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

As a Product Owner, your day revolves around championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. You actively shape and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Throughout the day, you engage in continuous feedback cycles, validating concepts and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs. Your role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to guide the product team in delivering valuable solutions that resonate with users and drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Continuously monitor product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
• Skilled in prioritization techniques and backlog grooming to optimize product delivery.
• Competence in using tools for product management and collaboration.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
