Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision for the product by acting as the voice of the customer, applying a human-centered design approach.
• Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with client needs.
• Validate and test ideas through feedback loops to enable timely direction changes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team to deliver effectively and supporting decision-making processes.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, resolving challenges with proactive solutions.
• Lead and mentor the team in Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose product enhancements and innovative features.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Scrum (mandatory).
• Strong experience in Agile Project Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Azure, Databricks, diagramming tools (Visio, Bizagi), and project management tools (Jira/DevOps, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) (preferred).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive Agile transformation.
