As a User Experience Designer (CL11) within Accenture's Technology for Operations (TfO) team, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences that power modern enterprise operations. The TfO team partners closely with Accenture Operations and client teams to deliver secure, automation-led, and technology-enabled operating models that drive measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will independently lead UX design efforts across complex operational platforms, working with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, automation, and business stakeholders. You will be expected to translate complexity into clarity, ensuring user-centric design is embedded into technology solutions from concept through delivery.
