User Experience Designer

Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Proficiency in Visual Design and Development

Minimum 5 years of experience is required

15 years full time education required

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine design concepts.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback effectively.

Familiarity with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design and Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.
