About the Role

We're looking for a UX designer with hands-on experience in enterprise platforms (think Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar). The job is about taking complex business processes and turning them into clear, user-friendly experiences, often working within the standard design systems these platforms provide. You'll be part of a cross-functional team alongside strategists, engineers, and product managers. You will focus on delivering great design work and collaborating closely with others, including a Design Lead.

What You'll Do

• Lead or support the UX process from research and discovery through to delivery.
• Simplify complicated workflows so they make sense to end users.
• Run user research and usability testing to make sure designs work in the real world.
• Use data and feedback to keep improving experiences after launch.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to balance user needs with platform capabilities.
• Help teams use standard patterns effectively and extend them when needed.
• Keep accessibility and usability front and center in your work.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing within enterprise platforms like Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Ability to simplify data-heavy or process-heavy tasks into intuitive interfaces.
• Skills in user research, service design, and mapping processes.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and businesspeople.
• Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Understanding of agile ways of working and product management.
