Your role and prospects

Join Accenture Song and contribute to creating the best customer experiences, combining technology and human ingenuity. You will develop digital solutions on exciting projects, with a strong focus on innovation. In particular, you will:

• Shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences by designing interfaces (workflow diagrams, wireframes, visual concepts) and interactions for websites, mobile apps, and web applications accessible. You will use advanced tools like Figma, integrated with AI technologies, to optimize design and creative workflow;
• Become a reference point for digital accessibility, identifying gaps and guiding the evolution of products towards the highest regulatory and quality standards;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate accessibility from the early stages of design to the final release;
• Lead the creation and evolution of scalable Design Systems, contributing to the consistency and uniformity of digital ecosystems;
• Design and document UI components, patterns, and shared libraries (e.g., Figma libraries), accelerating development and improving collaboration between design and development;
• Promote the adoption of the Design System through best practices, governance, and effective versioning processes;
• Collaborate in cross-team contexts (design & development) actively contributing to the quality and consistency of digital solutions.

Job Qualifications If you share our passion for customer experience and possess the following characteristics, Accenture Song is the right place for you:

• At least 2 years of work experience with solid UX/UI skills gained in structured contexts, on large projects and clients;
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, Miro, and Mural, along with the ability to integrate AI tools to improve trend analysis and optimize visual design;
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Siteimprove, Wave, Screen reader (e.g., Jaws), and Contrast Color;
• Experience in creating and managing Design Systems and UI Kits;
• Experience in cross-team (design-dev) collaboration for the implementation of Design Systems;
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or Creative Disciplines;
• Fluent English.

Representative Plus:

• Academic experience / research (e.g., CNR);
• Research skills and trend analysis through benchmarking.
