The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall video production work from initiation to delivery. The project manager will be the main contact and point of coordination between leadership and senior video producers. Will liaise with client or onsite leads for project definition and related activities. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for project schedules, quality requirements, resource allocation, risk, requirements, operational issues, Incident and change management. To measure SLA's and KPI's and relevant scorecards and providing solutions and taking action in coordination with seniors on issues/concerns. Identifies issues/risks in a timely manner and develops/implements appropriate risk response, leveraging senior and executive management support when required. Maintaining schedule and delivery oversight for projects including the setting of project priorities and milestones. Running meeting with key stakeholders and client project coordinators and where necessary, leading the discussions. Ensures that all productions and technical operations support corporate objectives and brand requirements, meeting internal and external quality standards, and effectively meets the clients' goals.
Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies. To present/showcase the concepts or story build to client or leadership. Guide team on best practices, new technologies and tools in the market. Manage workload effectively – prioritize time to maximize productivity while maintaining standards of creativity and quality. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and design best practices. Thinks and Acts Decisively – The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required.
What are we looking for?
•Bachelor's degree in Design/ Communications/ Visual Design/Broadcast/Digital Media (a MUST) •5+ years' experience in creating compelling and engaging digital video content Advanced understanding of entire production process, including direction fundamentals, and strong post-production skills Experience of managing a team of 5 + Excellent administrative, multi-tasking and organizational skills Excellence in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Internet Excellent communication and people skills Good presentation skills Strong time and resource management skills Knowledge of all major tech and tools related to video production and 3D Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Ability to shift priorities quickly & change direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. Flexibility to work in any work shifts or rotational shifts as required.
