Adapt content, resources or instructional plans as per needs of medium of delivery.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus. Experience with motion graphics, UX/UI design, and web design principles is highly desirable. Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to confidently present ideas and receive feedback. Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Deep understanding of core design principles, visual hierarchy, and storytelling. Ability to conceptualize original ideas and transform abstract briefs into stunning visuals.

Lead with Design: Own the end-to-end creation of compelling graphics and media assets across formats—presentations, eLearning, UI elements, videos, and more. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Instructional Design, Tech, and Media Leads to align visuals with learning goals and user experience needs. Bring Ideas to Life: Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, innovative design concepts. Manage Projects Independently: Take full ownership of incoming design requests, from brief to delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines. Elevate Visual Quality: Apply best practices in typography, layout, color, and composition to produce polished, professional designs. Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques—including Generative AI—to bring modern thinking to every project.

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management. You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
