What would you do? As a Media & Graphics Team Lead, you will manage a team of designers, oversee project delivery, and ensure design quality across digital learning solutions. You'll guide the graphic design team on developing rich visual experience across all learning products. You will manage the efforts, quality and timelines across all deliverables. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field. Certification in UX Design, Interaction Design Work Experience: • 9 to 12 years of experience in graphic design/Animations with, project ownership • 3 to 4 years of experience in managing mid-size team of designers • Understanding of L&D industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities: Media • Manage and mentor a team of designers (graphic + motion). • Define design standards and processes for L&D media. • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Tech teams. • Drive adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency. • Ensure scalability of media capability across accounts. Graphics • Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural) • Good knowledge of UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design. • Strong understanding of L&D media workflows, • Knowledge of AI/AR/VR in learning. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy. • Learner mindset to foster continuous growth in the team.
