Job Opportunity: Brand Ambassador

Weekly Pay Flexible Schedule Fun Work Environment Career Advancement Opportunities This part time associate promotes alcohol products for suppliers at multiple Target locations within a geography. Brand Ambassadors introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands. Customer service, food handling, bartender, server, cashier, stocker, demonstrator, brand ambassador, or brand advocate experience is beneficial but not required. All expenses are covered and equipment is located within each Target location.

Responsibilities

Adhere to a specific dress code for alcohol sampling Knowledge and Compliance with Federal, State and Local laws specific to marketing of alcohol. Appropriate permit, license or certification required based on location.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years of age Required Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked (BYOD) The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event A complete job description will be provided during the interview process.

Product Connections is an Experiential Engagement Agency organization headquartered in Bentonville, AR. We specialize in developing and implementing Retail Marketing with a strong focus on In-Store demos and Customer Engagement Experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, break down, and run product demonstrations in select supermarkets.
  • Prepare and hand out samples, coupons, and product information.
  • Drive sales.
  • Complete all necessary training and reporting by required deadlines.
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): The position requires the use of a smartphone or tablet not provided or paid for by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be 21+ Years Old
  • Possession of current Food Handlers Card/Alcohol Certification (or willing to obtain once hired).
  • Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
  • Understand and be able to use a smartphone or tablet in the store at each event.
  • Email address and regular access to a phone with voicemail capability.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Physical Demands: The associate will be regularly required to: Stand and walk of the shift; Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; Reach with hands and arms (including conducting tasks overhead up to 65 inches); Talk and hear; Have visual ability to read instructions and perform events; Stoop; Kneel; Squat; Climb or step up ladder; Balance; Lift and carry up to 25 pounds (including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds); Push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies and product; Prepare foods and beverages using the required appliances, such as cooking utensils, knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwaves; Be in contact with cleaning supplies.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Work Environment: Retail store environment to limited travel.

Physical Appearance: Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are included in the training documents.

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
