In tight collaboration across the society, curate membership benefits that drive growth and member retention against membership goals. KPIs include member acquisition, 1st year retention, and overall renewal rates. Strategically this role will focus on how we position our member benefits and the right cadence to surface benefits based on previous member behavior, lifecycle, career focus and life stage.

This role is based in our Washington, DC office. ACS Communications/Marketing employees work a hybrid schedule, consisting of working onsite two days (Tue/Wed) per work week, as decided by functional area. The balance of the week is open to working remotely, though employees are always welcome onsite each day if they choose.
A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $98,000-105,000 annually.
