Senior Architect Designer

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Architect Designer, where you will leverage your extensive experience to oversee design presentations, monitor project design development, and provide strategic design direction to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes across the firm. This role may also involve functioning in the capacity of a Design Director, aligning with your capabilities and directives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design presentations and ensure design consistency and quality across the firm.
• Monitor project design development and provide strategic design direction and support.
• Develop solutions and create designs according to client's program and project parameters.
• Coordinate client, trade, and agency interests to secure building design approvals.
• Possess substantial and varied experience in project planning.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Designer on commercial and retail projects.
• Professional Architectural Degree; licensure preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Revit.
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience in project coordination and administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with developers versus end users.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Skilled in project administration, document control, and customer service.
• Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
