Architectural Designer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Drafter for either a full-time or part-time role. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who aspire to become Architects. The role involves conducting site surveys to assess existing conditions using 3D scanning software and drafting the results. The projects encompass industrial, office, retail, and interior designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions using 3D scanning software.
• Input survey results into the computer and draft up the results.
• Work on industrial, office, retail, and interior projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interest in becoming an Architect.
• Familiarity with construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Matter Port (3D Scanner) is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires being in the office when not on site taking measurements. There is a hybrid work option available 1-2 days a week for candidates with enough experience to work independently. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
