Assist project leadership during construction document and administration phases.
Independently produce and coordinate construction documents.
Contribute to project development with limited supervision.
Exhibit initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Communicate clearly through oral and written communication.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of US experience in residential architecture and or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for creating a full set of construction documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask questions as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.00/hr.
