Architectural Drafting Specialist

Create design and construction documents for franchise and retail projects.

Develop construction documents under the guidance of senior draftsmen or project managers.

Assist in managing project folders and administration tasks.

Field measure and document existing building conditions.

Meet specific client deadlines and project goals efficiently.

Support CAD drafting and contribute to the technical aspects of projects if experienced.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, CAD work, and production work.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Experience with retail or commercial project work.

Experience with franchise projects in retail or small business.

Familiarity with Revit and Sketchup.

Skills in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Royal Oak, Michigan.

Pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
