We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with experience in commercial projects. This role involves creating construction documents, designing, and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction documents.
• Design innovative architectural solutions for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project success.
• Utilize Revit for project design and documentation.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
