Architectural Designer

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with proficiency in Revit to support the planning, design, and documentation of building projects. The role involves assisting Sr. Architects or project managers in conceptualizing layouts, determining spatial and functional requirements, and preparing design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design development by conceptualizing layouts, determining spatial and functional requirements, and preparing design specifications.
• Create scaled drawings and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings for presentations and construction documentation.
• Participate in construction administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and issuing ASIs during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and integration across disciplines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in construction documentation, detailing, and design.
• Ability to interface with clients and participate in meetings.
• Strong detailing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Architecture or Architectural Drafting Program.
• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of building codes and other design codes preferred.
• Demonstrated sketching ability.
• Strong presentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
