Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with advanced knowledge in the development and coordination of technical drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will lead product research, assist teams with material selection, and coordinate with specification writers. You will create and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit® software and support project architects during internal and external design review processes. Your knowledge of building codes, standards, and requirements will be essential in completing tasks on multiple projects, all while maintaining firm standards in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate technical drawings for various design phases while maintaining firm standards.
• Lead product research and assist teams with material selection.
• Create and manage BIM using Revit® software.
• Support project architects in design review processes.
• Ensure tasks are completed in an organized, timely, and consistent manner across multiple projects.
• Self-check work for accuracy and express curiosity about project assignments.
• Communicate effectively within a collaborative team setting.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project consultants including engineers and landscape architects.
• Conduct construction administration services including on-site meetings, RFI's, and submittal/shop drawing reviews.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Experience in schematic design and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience with Navisworks, Enscape, and Lumion.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in the office from Monday to Friday. You will collaborate within a team environment using the latest technologies and tools to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
