We're looking for a skilled and motivated Architectural Designer to help shape innovative, high-impact projects while working closely with our Principals in our expanding Raleigh studio. What You'll Do

• Lead and support the design and production of construction documents across a variety of project types
• Collaborate directly with clients and consultants, demonstrating strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Develop detailed architectural materials, building systems, and envelope designs
• Oversee construction administration, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in lab planning and equipment surveying for biology, chemistry, tissue culture, cleanroom, and vivarium environments
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of creativity, learning, and professional growth

Essential Skills

• 7–10 years of post-graduate architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong project management and team-building capabilities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Architectural License strongly preferred
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Lab planning and equipment surveying experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and mixed-use building design
• Familiarity with construction administration processes

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Work from our newly expanding Raleigh office, part of a strategic growth initiative. The environment offers access to sophisticated project types, high-caliber peers, and opportunities for fast growth. Workplace Type: This is a hybrid position in Raleigh, NC.
