Architectural Project Manager
In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding projects through all phases of architecture using Revit and SketchUp, with a focus on water and wastewater facilities, civic buildings, commercial developments, and public works. Start date for this role will be beginning/mid November.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of architectural solutions across various project types.
- Apply standard design techniques to complete related tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in producing construction documents and drawings using Revit and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with A/E consultants to meet specific project requirements.
- Participate in programming, planning, and design development phases.
- Contribute to technical documentation for permitting and construction administration.
- Engage in post-occupancy evaluations when applicable.
- Share technical expertise and provide guidance to team members.
- Attend industry events and professional development meetings.
- Deliver high-quality work that fosters client trust and repeat business.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects through all architectural phases using Revit.
- Proven experience in water/wastewater, public infrastructure, commercial mixed-use, and civic projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and presentation of design concepts.
- Solid understanding of the architectural process from concept to completion.

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
