We're looking for an Architectural Designer who cares deeply about craft, collaboration, and seeing great ideas built thoughtfully. In this role, you'll be part of a Charlotte-based studio that believes architecture should do more than look good—it should help businesses grow, support the people who use it, and stand up to real-world demands.

What You'll Do

• Translate design concepts into clear, coordinated, buildable solutions
• Lead and produce high-quality Revit-based construction document sets
• Contribute to site planning, building layouts, and massing studies
• Create 3D models and compelling visualizations using SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, civil)
• Support permitting and agency submissions, including responses to review comments
• Take ownership of deadlines while working across multiple projects

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
• Experience with SketchUp and rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion
• Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership of their work

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Matthews, NC.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Support for professional development and licensure. PTO Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401K

This is a fully onsite position in Matthews,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 10, 2026.
