Junior Architect

Join a dynamic team as a Junior Architect where you will employ your skills in REVIT and AutoCAD to craft construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects, including retail and hospitality. Engage in all project phases, from initial surveys through to construction administration, while collaborating with a committed team to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Participate in all project phases including initial surveys, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration.
• Travel to job sites to conduct existing condition surveys.
• Engage in commercial architecture projects with a focus on retail stores, rollouts, and big box stores.
• Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to progress projects, and respond to RFIs.

Essential Skills

• Full proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• 2-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office setting.
• Experience in commercial architecture, particularly in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to produce complete sets of construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Motivation to become a licensed architect is a plus.
• Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Park Ridge, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Full benefits package to be provided to candidates upon request.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Paramus, NJ.
