BIM Designer – Infrastructure Projects (NYC | Hybrid)

We're hiring three BIM Designers at varying experience levels (entry, mid, and senior) to support large-scale infrastructure projects using Bentley and Autodesk platforms. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, offering the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-impact public works.

About the Role

You'll develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings, support BIM workflows, and assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You'll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure design accuracy
• Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
• Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience Levels

• Entry-Level: 0–2 years of experience
• Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience
• Senior-Level: 6+ years of experience + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $63.00/hr.
