We are seeking a skilled Civil Cad Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed civil designs for residential development projects, primarily for developers and home builders. This role involves designing grading, paving, and water, sewer, and utility systems for new construction projects, starting from a green field and progressing through the platting and construction phases. The primary focus will be on single-family development design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop civil designs for residential development projects.
• Design grading, paving, and water, sewer, and utility systems for new construction.
• Support single-family development design from green field to construction phase.
• Coordinate with engineers to assist with necessary calculations.

Essential Skills:

• 5 years of experience in civil design within residential or commercial land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to manage design projects from inception to completion.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Richardson, TX.
