Cnc Programmer/Designer

This position applies expert-level knowledge of programming and design principles within a specified technical area. The role involves producing high-quality programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations, adhering to established procedures and effectively completing prove-outs. The position requires leading the development of programming and design methods, creating related procedures, applying problem-solving methods to support investigations, and supporting and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves leading projects as assigned and completing all 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Produce expert-level programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations.
• Lead the development of program and design methods and create related procedures.
• Apply problem-solving methods to support investigations.
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects as assigned by management.
• Complete all 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Essential Skills:

• 7+ years of CNC Programming experience with Siemens NX, CATIA, or Esprit CAD/CAM software.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with Mazac CNC programming preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• MasterCAM experience preferred.
• Macro B programming preferred.
• Experience automating programs within the software and working with integrators to maximize software utilization preferred.

Work Environment:

The role is situated in a manufacturing environment, requiring exposure to various machines. The position demands adherence to 5S standards to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Grove City, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $91000.00/yr. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
