Responsibilities

• Convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information from various sources.
• Collaborate with Lead and Project Designers, users, consultants, and conduct field surveys and code research.
• Support the technology team with low voltage work such as nurse calls, audio, and video systems.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years' experience or training in building systems design, focusing on technology/low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP or AutoCAD.
• Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.
• Knowledge of NEC, TIA, BICSI standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with or willingness to learn Smart/Intelligent Building Technologies.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Physical Security Systems.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Audio Visual Systems.
• Experience with or willingness to learn IT Network infrastructure and security.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work individually and within team environments.
• 1-6 years of Revit experience.
• Proven punctuality and fast learning capabilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
