Actalent Contract To Hire Position

Design complex welding and machining holding fixtures, robotic weld cells, special machines, and related jigs, dies, and fixtures. Study specifications, engineering blueprints, tool orders, and shop data. Work with engineering and shop employees to resolve design problems related to material characteristics, dimensional tolerances, service requirements, manufacturing procedures, and cost.

Associates degree in engineering required. 2-3 years of experience with tooling and fixture design using creo required. Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical design experience preferred.

Intermediate level.

Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
