Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in 3D modeling and be familiar with industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design mechanical components and systems using Inventor software.
• Ensure designs meet ASME standards and apply GD&T principles accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design processes and outcomes.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure product integrity and performance.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Inventor for 3D modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of ASME standards.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong self-driver mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Work Environment

The position offers a collaborative work environment where innovation and creativity are highly valued. The role may involve working in a standard office setting with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities. The dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
