We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to provide a blend of project management, space planning, and design expertise for commercial projects. The role involves assisting in creating renderings and construction document sets, understanding local codes, finish selections, BOMA calculations, permitting, and construction administration tasks. You will interface with customers and provide design leadership.
Our office is located in downtown Baltimore, off Thames Street, with a beautiful water view in Fells Point. We offer a hybrid work environment, with most employees working remotely and coming into the office occasionally to access resources. Employees are expected to attend programming meetings in person as needed. The work culture is strong, with opportunities for advancement into associate or project management roles upon obtaining a CID. You will be exposed to a diverse portfolio of projects, including housing, Sr living, corporate interiors, government, and healthcare.
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $45.67/hr.
