Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Design Project Manager to support renovation work within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in architectural schematic design and material selection, ensuring that all design projects meet our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects, with a focus on renovation within the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop schematic designs.
• Select appropriate materials to meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Ensure that all project stages are completed within the allocated time frame and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Interior Design, particularly in renovation work for commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation purposes.
• NCIDQ certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
